Multiple modes and efforts to share and collect information were documented and seen throughout the district. | Even though diversity is evident and observed in multiple buildings, the district could consider how to continue to celebrate, communicate and expand multicultural exposure of all cultures within the district. |

The efforts and expectations of the district to foster an atmosphere of acceptance and inclusion are readily apparent. | IWhile it is clear the district is concerned about and addressing the problem of chronic absenteeism, we wonder if the district has considered developing and monitoring a coordinated, comprehensive, and creative plan specifically for this concern. |

Purposeful activities and conscious efforts to build relationships among students, teachers, families, and school leadership are consistent and valued throughout the district. Visibility of leaders and structured, intentional means by which to establish relationships are admirable. | |
